Is there any commission?
No, there is no commission added to the price.
Can you help me with the airport transfer?
We will gladly assist you with arranging the airport transfer.
How do I pick up the keys?
The host will meet you upon arrival at a pre-arranged time and will be available before and during your stay for any questions. Please contact us via text message or email.
What is the Tourist Tax?
Each guest must present a valid ID at check-in, as required by law. The tourist tax of 3,13€ per person per night is not included in the price and will be charged upon arrival. Children up to 6 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax, and minors up to 18 years of age pay 1,57€ per night.
Is there an extra charge for late check-in?
We charge 20€ for the late check-in after 10pm.
Is the final cleaning charge included in the quoted price of the stay?
Yes, the cleaning fee is included in the booking fees.
Is there an extra charge for checking in on a Sunday or on a bank holiday?
No, there is no extra charge.
Are linens and towels included in the price?
Yes, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.
Are soap, shampoo and toilet paper provided?
Yes, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.
I forgot something in the apartment. How can I get it back?
If you have forgotten personal belongings in the apartment, we will gladly send them back to you. The cost includes shipping (depending on what needs to be shipped) plus a service fee of 20€.
