How do I pick up the keys?

What is the Tourist Tax?
Each guest must submit valid ID at check-in required by the obligatory law. The tourist tax of 3,13€ per person per night is not included in the price and will be charged at your arrival. Children up to 6 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax and minors up to 18 years of age pay 1,57€ per night.
Is there an extra charge for late check-in?
We charge 20€ for the late check-in after 10pm.
Is the final cleaning charge included in the quoted price of the stay?
Yes, the cleaning fee is included in the booking fees.
Is there an extra charge for checking in on a Sunday or on a bank holiday?
No, there is no extra charge.

Yes, everything you need for a comfortable stay in provided.

I forgot something in the apartment. How can I get it back?
If you have forgotten personal belongings in the apartment, we will gladly send them back to you. The cost is that of the shipping (amount depends on what needs to be shipped) added to that of the service fee (20€).
