Studio Abel has a self check-in system. You’ll receive detailed instructions and the lockbox code via message before arrival.

What is the Tourist Tax?

The tourist tax in Komen is €2.50 per adult per night. Children under 7 are exempt, and minors (7–18) pay half. Please leave the amount in the apartment at checkout.

Is there an extra charge for late check-in?

No. Thanks to the self check-in system, you can arrive at any time after 3 PM. There is no additional fee for late check-in.

Is the final cleaning charge included in the quoted price of the stay?

Yes. The final cleaning fee is included in the total price shown at the time of booking. No surprises.
