The house sits in Piran Old Town, 300 m from beach access and inside the town’s protected historic core. Tartini Square is the natural starting point for exploring Piran: the official heritage walk links the square with the Venetian House, municipal palaces, St George’s Cathedral, the town walls and Cape Madonna on a one-to-two-hour route. From Tartini Square the city walls are about a 10-minute uphill walk and give one of the clearest views over Piran and the Adriatic.

For swimming outside the centre, Fiesa Beach is known for shallow water, a pebbled shore, pine shade, grassy areas and two nearby lakes. In town, the Sergej Mašera Maritime Museum and the summer Tartini Festival are within walking distance, while Strunjan Nature Park and the Sečovlje Salt Pans make easy half-day trips into the surrounding coast and salt-making heritage.
